Vanguard eco-baskets come with a one year replacement warranty on manufacturing defects.

Having multiple locations increases shopping convenience by providing a solution for shoppers when they reach the back of the store and require a basket to carry last minute, impulse purchases. This translates into extra profits.

Product

Vanguard eco-baskets are made using North American sourced polypropylene resin.  75% virgin resin and 25% is resin produced from recycled plastic bottles.

Vanguard eco-baskets are manufactured by Newton Industries Ltd., at our production facility located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.  Langley is 30 minutes east of Vancouver, B.C. and 2 hours north of Seattle, Washington. 

Ergonomically designed plastic handles are more comfortable to carry. This unique Comfort-Grip design encourages the shopper to shop longer and carry more. This translates to increased profits for the retailer. 

Yes. They are made from a nylon/fiberglass filled composite, which is stronger than the equivalent  metal handle. 

The Express Basket weighs 1.3 lbs (600 grams) and the Large Basket weighs 2.1 lbs (.95 kg). 

The weight bearing capacity of our baskets far exceeds normal useage requirements. The Express basket has a capacity of 75 lbs (35 kg) and the Jumbo basket has a capacity of 175 lbs (80 kg). 

Branding

The stock colors are red, green, blue, yellow and black. Custom colors are available on large orders. 

When compared to other methods such as printed labels or silk screening, a hot stamped logo is more durable and will last the life of the basket.
